职位描述：
1. Leader for BPS development in RBCC SG-CN and satellites领导BPS在长沙博世起发电机及卫星工厂的发展
- work with the SG/TER-CN in terms of BPS leadership and alignment of strategy and operational performance
  与生产技术负责人一起致力于提升BPS领导力，将战略和实际操作相吻合
- lead value stream planning and moderate System CIP workshops to identify improvement potentials, and derive improvement projects (focus: facilitate collaboration of all related functional areas, mid-/long-term horizon)
 领导价值流设计，引导系统持续改进Workshop，定义潜在改善点，找出改善项目（基于中长期眼光，侧重于减轻所有相关支持领域的困难）
- independently lead medium or large scale activities and projects with long-term plant wide or regional impact
  独立领导对公司及地区有长期影响的中大型活动和项目
- consultant for selected principles and elements such as such as LLD, PGL, FOL, Pull & Leveling, 5S
  给既定原则和元素提供咨询，如LLLD，PGL， FOL，拉动和均衡，5S
- trainer/coach for BPS leadership trainings “Leading in a BPS plant” for Directors and Managers / Planners
 担任BPS领导力培训中针对总监和经理/计划员的“BPS工厂的领导者”培训的培训师/教练
- provide expertise in the area of value stream planning and System-& Point-CIP as fundamental BPS system understanding
 在价值流设计、系统持续改进和点持续改进等基础BPS系统理解方面提供专业知识
- lead the calibration and application of the BPS maturity assessments (incl. 5S) as certified assessor, also in other locations and divisions worldwide as expert-exchange
 作为认证的评审员领导BPS成熟度评审（包括5S）的校准和应用，也包括在其他工厂和事业部的专家交流；
2. Department management部门管理
- leader and superior to subordinates, incl. goal agreement, delegation, performance and potential review, associate development with competence management，annual salary review for subordinates
管理下级，包括目标协定，代理，绩效评估，潜能评估，员工发展，能力管理，以及对部门员工进行年度工资回顾
- continuous improvement of customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)持续改善客户满意度（内部客户和外部客户）
- enable associate satisfaction and motivation through leadership and team building提高员工满意度，激发员工潜能，增强团队建设
3. Global coordination全球协调
- main contact window to other BPS related organizational units 其他BPS相关组织的联系窗口
- represent SG/BPS-CN, present best practices and disseminate lessons learned and at regional, cross-divisional and global conferences (in English, e.g. BPS day, Manufacturing Conference, global BPS manager meeting) 代表SG/BPS-CN，在区域、跨事业部以及全球会期上分享好的实践，总结和分享经验教训（用英语，如：BPS日，生产会议，全球BPS经理会议）
4. Corporate Social Responsibility社会责任
- promote the Bosch values and lead by example推广博世价值观
- support activities of community or region (campus events, governmental relations, etc.) 支持社会活动（校园会，政府关系等）

任职要求：
1. three years leadership experience in line or project, or 5 years in operations-related function

2. intermediate lean experience, basic , project experience, intermediate business skills (e.g. statistics, controlling), advanced moderation and presentation capability, entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to travel
