职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Must have experience in a pharmaceutical R&D environment in both project and people management, Coordinate, and oversee the work activities of scientific staff within the assigned business unit

2. Good technical expertise in analytical, chemistry and pharmaceutical analysis, to understand technical documentations at various development stages, then issue and generate Quotation and Contracts, lead technical communications between BU and WuXi collaborations, fully support LTD business process

3. Lead Pre-clinical business operation, Interaction with WuXi core BUs like STA,PDS,RSD; focus on IND package(CMC), BE study, Large Molecule BAS, RA business

4. Be expected to work closely with department head to meet project timelines, departmental goal, and customer requests.

5. Optimize LTD operation office principle guidance, module role lead project management and client interface

6. Conduct the group training in technology and compliance as needed. Work together with Project coordinators, providing assistant and support to LTD business unit , sales and marketing teams

 

Qualifications:

1. BS, MS in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis or other directly-related science discipline with experience or training in pharmaceutical analysis.

2. Must be experienced with standard techniques, particularly HPLC, GC. GC-MS LC-MS etc.

3. Must have experience in analytical development as well as pharmaceutical analysis according to written method/protocols.

4. Strong English reading, writing and speaking ability; Proactive, open spirit, good team player
