职位描述:
Position is to provide operational support and maintenance of the responsible infrastructure products which could be either in the area of network, Voice, data center related services within the region APAC. This by providing 3rd level support to the service desk employees for administrative task the person in question is also part of the global pool of resources to implement regional/worldwide infrastructure projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Include only those current duties & responsibilities that account for 5% or more of the position’s activities. List duties in the order of priority, along with the percentage of time spent on that duty. Identify essential functions in the job. Consider the following when writing the description:
? Job level – level of skills needed to perform the job, level of knowledge of company policies & procedures and industry practices, etc.
? Job Complexity - complexity of the assignments and analytical skills. Types of contacts required and the amount of judgment the employee must exercise.
? Supervision – amount of supervision needed to complete assignments (i.e. detailed instructions on all work, general instructions on routine work, etc.)
? Experience – amount of previous experience needed to perform the main activities of the position.
Description of Responsibilities and Duties % of time
- Provide Microsoft Skype solution and enterprise voice support
- Provide network related area daily support
- Provider security related area support
- Responsible of data center and co-location
- Support regional infrastructure in the event of operational / crisis
- Support IT regional Service outages and resolution processes
- Provide status check and inventory updates
- Periodic reporting of service performance, utilization and capacity measurement and planning 50
Be part of global projects providing deliverable on time and budget
- Participation in global projects /meetings / technical workshops
- Work within global Competence Center “Network and Voice”.
- Responsibility for network related service within the region / global 30
Provide input for the leadership to continuously improve the availability of the responsible services, by improving the service, more mature monitor solution/system automation
- Recommend Solutions and ideas for improvement and optimization.

- Vendor management (Requirement findings, RFP, Analysis, Evaluation, Negotiation and Review)

Knowledge: (acquired information necessary to do the job)
? Responsible for SKYPE system architecture design and trouble shooting for any issues and problems.
? Deploy LAN, WAN, VoIP, Wireless, and Security, including routers, switches, call manager, and other hardware.
? Responsible for configuration, troubleshooting for network devices(switch, router, firewall)
? Handle network related Change management and ensure all changes are under standard procedure and controlling
? Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
? Basic knowhow on infrastructure topics like cloud, data center, servers, clients, network, printer, meeting room
Skills: (acquired measurable behaviors)
? Excellent communication and training skills
? Fluent in English & Chinese (mandarin) preferred
Abilities: (natural talents or developed proficiencies, aptitudes)
? Good analytical skills and able to work independently
? Ability for handle multiple tasks in a pressured environment
? Ability to prioritize tasks and establish schedules for their timely completion.
