Key Responsibilities/职位描述
1. As the first contact window for MARS associates to reach out their enquiries to P&O;
2. Be responsible for solving P&O inquiries or issues (e.g. policies, programs and tools) through call/email/webchat.
3. Provide extraordinary service experience to MARS associates, focuses on resolving their requests the first time with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner;
4. Demonstrate ownership to follow-up issues while projecting and deliver resolution timely.
5. Develop and maintain working knowledge of guidelines, program procedures and systems;
6. Identifies and explores opportunities to contribute to the Process Optimization to improve MyP&O services;
Qualifications/任职条件
1. Education & Professional Qualification:1) Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent work experience; 2) Preferred qualification: University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Business
2. Knowledge/Experience:
1) 1 or more years of general P&O experience;
2) 1 or more years of call center experience strongly preferred;
3) Familiarity with P&O processes and practices;
4) Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications;
5) Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner.
6) Demonstrated problem solving and conflict management skills with the ability to maintain a positive and professional composure;
7) Good and fast learner on job knowledge and technical skills to cope with the job requirement within a short timeframe;
8) Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and time management skills;
9) Strong oral communication skills;
10) Strong listening skills;
