Responsibilities:

– Develop a formal recruiting process including:

– Work with managers in writing and placing job vacancy ads.

– Find and communicate with headhunters for key positions.

– Collect resumes, assist with screening resumes, interviewing candidates, schedule manager interviews and assist with hiring when necessary.

– Create, maintain and update all job descriptions.

– Work together with managers to achieve the target of the recruitment.

· Maintain basic compensation system as established by US Headquarters including:

– Create, maintain and update job descriptions.

– Maintain the basic HR system

– Work with HR Manager to improve incentive program for China team.

· Work with managers to assist with planning, communicating and tracking of company-wide special events throughout the year (Spring Festival, Mid-autumn, Christmas) and employee recognition events (marriage, birthday, baby gifts) according to the HR calendar.

· Create, maintain and implement the company policy regarding to staffing

· Handle and maintain all necessary personnel files.

· Create and maintain Chinese format confidentiality agreement with all employees and non-compete agreement with all assigned employees.

· Maintain employee handbook.

· Maintain the HR policies and procedures manual.

· Terminations:

– Interview resigning or terminated staff before they leave the organization.

– Obtain all required documentation and assets from staff before leaving including notifying headquarters, FESCO, and other internal staff.

– Support manager for terminations according to the Chinese labor law.

· Obtain information on FESCO local social welfare situations

· Work with FESCO to deal with employee labor contract, FESCO contract with Banner and employee benefit.

· Take care of internal communications and collecting all complaining from employees, suggest the solutions with managers.


Requirements:
 
· Strong ability and excellent experience in recruiting

· Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resource Management or related subject.

· Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience with a Multi National Corporation or headhunter company

· Fluent in English

· Excellent Computer literacy, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

· Excellent communication and organizing skills, implement-oriented with great patience and carefulness

· Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
