职位描述：
1.Work actively with manufacturing plants at early stages of their Lean journey, in conjunction with regional General Managers, a group of 3 Lean Champions in the business who focus on individual sites, business managers, operational staff and managers;
2.Providing guidance, technical support, coaching and mentoring in order to successfully implement Lean principles;
3.Responsible for strategy development and implementation but will also be highly “hands-on” and visible to all stakeholders – from the shop floor to the senior managers in the business;
4.Overall strategy has been agreed and is managed by the China CEO, together with the CEO of Asia Pacific and an Asia Pacific Lean Executive.
