职位描述：
BASIC FUCTIONS
Aggregate and analyze demand requirements (requirements / forecast is jointly owned by Sales and Marketing), generate production requirement to the related plants. Ensure that manufacturing production levels and volumes are well planned in accordance with customer needs and manufacturing efficiency. Manage product inventory levels to maximize profitability while ensuring world class response times to customers.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Sales and Marketing team to improve forecast accuracy at product family and SKU level.
- Work on long term plan to ensure demand and supply balance with capacity analysis.
- Work with Finance and manufacturing to perform strategic allocation to achieve the cost effective.
- Work with Marketing and manufacturing to ensure new product launch on time with smoothly cut-over.
- Review SOP performance KPI with manufacturing and track the improvement.
- Decide and review optimal inventory level according to market fluctuation and production capability.
- Lead to clean and control obsolete and excess inventory.

Frequent contacts with Sales Managers and associates
Frequent contacts with Marketing Department
Frequent contacts with Plant Supply Chain Departments
Frequent contact with distributors

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Supply chain or Logistics.
? At least 5 years of strong logistics, supply chain optimization and/or operations experience
? At least 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity or supply plan in supply chain function in a multinational manufacturing company.
? Proven experience in deploying/operating Demand planning and Supply Planning concepts, methodology and procedures.
? Sound knowledge and experience of ERP systems and tools
? Good analytical skill
