职位描述：
Essential responsibilities and duties
Responsible for the trim cover developed independently. His/her mission last from the Acquisition phase till SOP (Start of Production) + 6 months
 
The main missions of the role are:
- According to the product production system and to meet the requirements of client product development program, in terms of product development on time with good quality.
- Assist in developing design scheme. Strive for the guarantee function, cosmetic requirements under the condition of minimum cost.
- Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers
- Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management).
- Organize or participate in all kinds of engineering conference, implement and tracking a plan of action.
- Complete product data, drawings and bill of materials (BOM) table engineering technical documents, etc
- Manage the production launch and support the Production Ramp-up.
- Timely summary seat problems arising in the course of the development process and experience.
- Apply program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards.
- Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: Bachelor degree in Engineering （服装、面料相关专业优先考虑）

Skills and competencies
- Proven technical skills on trim product and process
- Ability to use the GERBER software and the primary level of CATIA
- Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments)
