职位描述：
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Establish and operate TPM system; Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition; Control maintenance cost and operation expenses; Provide operators with professional training and ensure operators can use the equipment correctly and safely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establish TPM system and keep it effective in company;
？2. Make annual TPM plan and facilitate all functional departments to implement the plan;
？3. Be responsible for equipment repair;
？4. Select and purchase equipment and assist the equipment suppliers in installing equipment in the factory;
？5. Control equipment operating cost ;
？6. Design and compile equipment operation and maintenance instructions;
？7. Monitor, track and evaluate the equipment documentation and work instruction to make sure they executed effectively ;
？8. Provide operators with professional training about how to use and maintain the equipment properly;
？9. Participate in IQ / OQ / PQ of key equipment validation;
？10. Upgrade the equipment and ensure it runs in good condition if necessary;
？11. Finish any other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. College or above academic education, major in in mechanical and electrical, automation;
？2. Good communication in both Chinese and English;
？3. Essential knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO 14000/ OHSAS18000
？4. Over 7 years working experience in related field in MNC;
？5. Electrician certificate (medium and low voltage);
？6. PLC and CAD skill.
？7. Need to have experiences in capital projects such improvement, facilities expansion, equipment capacity upsize. Green field project will be highly be consider but not a must. 举报 分享
