RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement KOHLER NPD process in new product development.
2. Be responsible for K&B products electronic system layout and related modules/components detail design from quality, cost and deliveries aspects;
3. Consistently develops and applies advanced theories, methods to new developing products; Provide timely technical solutions to projects and technical supports to suppliers;
4. Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
5. Successfully establish and maintain partnership with cross function team/customers.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Organizational Relationships
1. Direct report to Manager-System Engineering
2. Contact with other departments
External Business Relationships
1. Contact with related suppliers technically;
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors or Master Degree majored in Electronic, communication or automation;
2. With 7+ years hardware development experience, home appliance domain is preferred;
3. Familiar with 8/16 MCU software development process, with experience in embedded software development;
4. Familiar with PADS，Power PCB or Protel software ; can perform electronic system schematic design, PCBA layout, professional with kinds of MCUs;
5. Familiar with home appliance product’s standards such as GB/IEC/UL etc…
6. Ability to work in integrated teams with a focus on forward-looking, optimistic, Pro-active, and ready to work under pressure.
7. Good speaking and writing skills in both Chinese and English to effectively convey information, express opinions, and motivate others to act.
