1.Key Accountabilities(What needs to be done-tasks/activities)
（1）Assist legal supervisor in reviewing business contract
协助法务主管审阅商业合同
（2）Alter part of the business licenses
完成部分证照的变更
（3）Assist legal supervisor in settling litigation
协助法务主管处理诉讼纠纷
（4）File and update contract and license
完成合同、证照的存档更新工作
（5）Search certain laws and regulations
进行法律法规的检索
（6）Translate legal documents
完成法律文件的翻译
（7）Other temporary works

2.Experience/Knowledge
Essential:
基本：
（1）Student who can ensure at least 3 days per week to work, lasting three months or above
保证每周至少三天的上班时间,能够连续工作3个月以上
（2）Bachelor, master degree or above majoring in law
法律本科及研究生以上学历
Desirable:
期望：
（1）Be familiar with corporation, labor, contract law, etc.
熟悉公司法、劳动法、合同法等法规

（1）Strong influencing skills with the ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment
