岗位职责Responsibilities:
1. Extract quick and accurate supportability information out of office365 support cases and identify the symptom and root cause of the problem.
2. Provide ongoing feedback to Supportability Program Manager about call coding tree improvement
3.Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with SPM and other PFAs as needed to build datasets for supportability projects
4. Accurately record the labor, document issue summaries, report hot technical issues (bugs) to supportability team
5.Report Supportability Business Intelligence System (SBiS) Tool bugs to the engineering team.
岗位要求Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
2.1+ years of working experience on Microsoft On-promised or Cloud support
3.Strong analytical logic and problem troubleshooting skills

4.Strong written English skills, Oral English is preferred

5. Self-motivated and must be a strong team player with a “can-do” attitude
6.Experience of customer service and technical support is a plus.
