职位描述：
Job Summary
 
Work as project quality leader to perform program quality management for all new projects of The biz in China.

Main Accountabilities:
Plan, organize and coordinate all the project quality planning activities, to supporting all
advanced projects to smooth to SOP.
Hold the team meeting with the team members to track open issues and control gate tasks.
Perform the coordination and track of APQP. Monitor product and process development,support
to PV and DV test, OTS & ISIR submission. Reposible for all PPAP to release.
Interface between company and the customers, coordinate all the program quality issues between
company and the customers, visit customer when necessary.
Coordinate the preparation of customer audit/visit at company.
Project quality team administration and team members direction.
Other tasks appoint by Quality Manager and high level.
 
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Education/Major:
Engineering University or above.

Experiences:
More than 8 years experience with quality control in automotive industry; +5 years in advanced
project quality field is mandatory.

Certificates:
Auditor VDA6.3.
Internal auditor TS16949.
 
Knowledge & Skills:

Stronger ability of leadership, judgments, decision-making, inter-personal, communication,

Be familiar with quality system requirement(TS16949、ISO9001、VDA6.1、QI).
Be familiar with five quality tools (APQP、 PPAP、 MSA、 SPC、 FMEA) and customer’s requirement.

Good English reading and writing;
Fluent English oral.
Good English communciation.


Computer ability:
Good at MS Office software;
Quality software skills (QS-STAT,APIS..)


Personal Quality:
Nice activity under high working pressure;
Self-motivated;
