Follow is the JD:


Journey Management Center (JMC) has been created to provide the following services 24/7:

? To ensure implementation of SL Driving Policy, OFS QHSE Standard 001 and Local BSN Journey Management Plan.
? Data entry of all long journeys into E-journey and communicate the trip to RJMC.
? Record keeping of all driver licenses.
? Real time monitoring of vehicles through mapping software.
? Verification of Drivers' training and certification including contractor drivers.
? Maintaining the data base of HAZMAT certified Drivers.
? Function as Central point of distribution of Driving and Journey related alerts.
? Ensuring journey exemptions are approved prior to the commencement of a trip.
? Alerting locations and line management of emergencies or non-closure of journeys.
? Control & Dispatch of all vehicles.
? Make sure validity of OFS Drivers driving license (DriveSMARRT-LV&HV, Desert Driving, Commentary Drive and Skill assessment)
? Manage all trips information by email, phone , on line booking system & other means of communications.
? Organize and Planning for Journey through Driver:
a. Make sure vehicle standard as per JM Checklist
b. Make sure driver with certification (local/slb license Valid)
c. Make sure speed limit for road condition
d. Give print out memo for another information
e. Make sure driver prepare Pre Trip before leaving
? All request input to database (spread sheet or online booking system)
a. Maintain each driving records and include in monthly report
? Organize and prepare monthly Safety Meeting with drivers (minute meeting into Quest )
? Download VDO in monthly basis (before 5th of each month )
? Ensure monthly Driver Performance Score and reported through email and posted.
? Quality check driver's bonus and expense claim and issue SWPS PO for it monthly.
? Ensure all long trips by QHSE drivers are reviewed upon return from the location and appropriate feedback is given and records maintained.
? Performing tasks upon instruction of QHSE Manager.
