Sr. C&B Manager
Report to:
C&B Director (HR CoE)
Key accountabilities:
1. Deep understanding corporate strategy and support C&B Director to propose, design and implement the total compensation solutions.
2. Establish the C&B policies and standard SOPs.
3. Review and maintain the existing compensation and benefit policies and process to ensure the external competitiveness and internal equity.
4. Acts as local expertise on job evaluation, grading system, incentive plan design establishment.
5. Optimize the communication platforms of all compensation & benefit policies for better understanding and improve the employees’ satisfaction of all C&B policies.
6. Provide professional support and consultation for other functions and BU managers, also help them to design, implement the related C&B incentive programs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or business management related, fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Recent experience of at least 10 years in compensation and benefits design, experience in sizable or multinational companies with C&B programs design preferred.
3. Have experience in project planning and implementation of compensation, performance management and HRIT, good knowledge of human resource management theories.
4. Good analysis, planning abilities, have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and problem-solving capability.
5. Have excellent program skills, Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment. Rigorous style and a real sense of total commitment and honor to the job.
