Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager
Report to: Segment Sales Manager
Direct reports: N/A
Mission:
To develop segment customers in responsible area, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory.
Major responsibilities:
? Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Achieve sales target by focus on assigned key accounts in segment and implement sales activities.
? Identify customer decision making process, build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders at different level on customer side;
? Find out customer needs, transformation opportunities through visits, WTL, line audits, right way…etc.
? Organize sales activities in professional way, such as demo, seminars…etc. to provide valuable solution.
? Follow up customer complaints, cooperate with service and project team to achieve customer satisfaction.
? Achieve sales target/ market share target and maximize company profitability
? Promote brand image in the market
? Work closely with divisional segment team / cross customer centre key account team (if any) to deploy segment strategy & reach out for cross boarder support.
? Cooperate with Finance department to improve receivables & overdue Report timely and accurately in ISIS
? Continuous improve job required competence
Candidate’s profile
Experience
? At least 5 years working experience as sales in target industry
? Background in target industry is must
? Premium brands selling experience is required
Knowledge
? Mechanical or electrical knowledge
? PC skill is a must
? University degree or above with engineering background
?
