职位描述：
This position is responsible for providing quality, reliable and cost competitive services on client facility equipments as well as systems(air condition, exhaust, air compressor, PCW RO water) to support Clent at Shanghai Site.
- Be responsible for managing daily facility equipments operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
-To assist the Engineer Manager in establishing and maintaining good relations and effective communications with the client and team members.
-To assist the Engineer Manager in leading the team members in the development and execution of continuous improvement programs.
-To manage the subcontractors to provide the special service to lab customers.
- Plan facility system preventative/correct maintenance of the equipment by having spare parts on hand or make them available in time.
- Responsibility on all mechanical system spare parts/tools management
- Work with technician to ensure system running meet client requirement
- Review safety operation in equipment operation, preventive maintenace.
- To record and monitor key city water/gas energy data in order to be able to analyze the usage/trend and set plan for improvement.
- Responsible for training and coach all technician personnels related to facility operation and maintenance to achieve a high standard of work.
- Define SOP & SOW according to real facility systems status
- Compile SOP and PM procedure.

- College or above degree with Facility related major.
 -Minimum 3 years facility working experience
- Certification on boiler management is a plus
- Familial with facility infrastruture system
-Strong equipment management and troubleshooting/analytical skills
-Knowledge on Auto CAD or any other relevant software tools
