Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources; Managing staff

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques;
Responsibility for execution of all customer service aspects following sales to client.
Interact with customers to answer questions and follow up to proactively address all issues
Lead Customer Service Team to provide exceptional problem solving services to clients based with fast response time
Communicate and collaborate with multiple offices to ensure accuracy of information and best service to clients
Resourcefully investigate all applicable information to ensure complete response to clients
Provided internal and external training including sales team and customers
Compose training programs to equip staffs with comprehensive knowledge of our client's systems and above average industry knowledge.
Measure the success of the training by monitoring real results
Ensure that our client's customers are trained to get the best from their systems

8+ years Customer Service Management experience in a B2B environment
Team-builder with solid managerial skills
Demonstrated success in process improvement in customer-service environment
Outstanding communication skills; ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization at various levels, solid business negotiation skills
Excellent leadership abilities
Creative, pro-active, out of the box thinker
Excellent English
