Responsibility:
- Provide back-end technical support on Huawei hardware, software & networking (especially Huawei Telecom Applications) professional and maintenance services to internal teams.
- Provide technical support consultation on Huawei hardware, software & networking (especially Huawei Telecom Applications) maintenance services to corporate clients.
- Provide different kinds of technical solutions on Huawei hardware, software & networking (especially Huawei Telecom Applications) products and services to corporate clients.
- Handle advance customer technical enquiries and product/system demonstration.
- Lead on project implementation and system installation.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge on Huawei hardware, software & networking (especially Huawei Telecom Applications)
- Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working.
- Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- 5 to 7 years Hands-on experience in Installation/configuration of SuSE Linux, Java Script, Oracle Database, Huawei hardware, software & networking (especially Huawei Telecom Applications)
- Strong communication skill and good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Knowledge in Virtualization, Clustering/HA solution, Storage and backup solution is an advantage.
- Administration/configuration in Huawei Telecom Applications is an advantage.
