Responsibilities:
? Manage the existing business with current key customers
? Build and maintain strong relationships with global corporate clients within all levels of organizations, including senior level executives.
? Identify the needs of customers, translate it into strategy and align with the internal stakeholders
? Grow new business from the accounts to meet budget & development goals
? Handles customer RFP/RFQ, lead and coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions and service proposals.
? Manage the service performance by setting up proper process and align with concerned parties
? Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure service compliance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
? Manage and monitor new program implementation
? Share industry best practices with the account to drive innovative solutions
Requirements:
? Degree holder with professional training in logistics or supply chain management
? More than 8 years relevant working experience in logistics/freight forwarding industries, and at least 5 years relevant Sales/Account Management experience in the industries.
? Demonstrated strong commercial and business feeling, driven by challenging the set- up of logistics and supply chain management processes.
? Demonstrated success in developing sales plans, analyzing profitability of prospects, and the ability to understand the competitive influences and risks associated with individual accounts.
? High degree of communications and presentation skills.
? Demonstrate analytical, numeric skills and awareness
? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
