Quality Manager
上班地点：杭州

Report to: General Manager

1）GENERAL QUALIFICATION/任职要求：
- Bachelors or higher degree in Quality, Engineering or related field is required, 学士以上学历,质量,工程或相关专业
- Excellent experience and knowledge of ISO9001, ISO22000, ISO14001, HSE and GMP rules 在质量管理体系ISO9001, ISO22000, ISO14001和良好操作规范方面有相当的经验。
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills in English 英文书写,沟通无障碍
- Strong leadership and business acumen skills 相当的领导能力和敏锐的商业技巧。

2）RESPONSIBILITY/职责：
- To establish, apply and improve the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2000 standard as Management Representative and Strategic Management Responsible.
- To plan the internal audits accordingly applied the audits, trace the corrective actions and to prepare report about the performance of the system
- To plan the supplier audits and prepare reports to top management about the result of audits. To send the audit reports to suppliers.
- To coordinate the Management Review meetings and to trace the decisions that taken in meeting.
- To coordinate the Customer claim meeting and accordingly trace the decisions.

3）AUTHORIZATION/权限：
- Has an authorization to direct the management system
- Has an authorization to decide the actions for Quality Management System
- Has an authorization to create a project team for improving the system
