职位描述：
Downstream Financial Product Development Supervisor-Insurance

Major/Key responsibilities
Make recommendations for how the company implement insurance business, mainly on the following parts:
1) Select appropriate insurance products in line with market demand and company strategy, to develop auto finance product bundled insurance;
2) Negotiate business cooperation with insurance companies, OEMs and dealers, to expand the product cooperation channels for auto aftermarket business;
3) Design and develop innovative insurance products and services and coordinate the internal and external resources, design customer oriented campaign programs and ensure the products being effectively promoted and implemented.
Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree;
? 3-5 years working experience in product development, business development in insurance company, or background in OEM insurance business development;
? Familiar with auto manufactories or dealers;
? Fluent oral and written capabilities in Chinese and English;
