职位描述：
职位责任DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Staff claim and Vendor payment checking, SAP posting and payment settlement.
- Store petty cash & staff cash advance review and monthly monitor
- Oversea payment preparation and settlement
- Cash outflow planning – AP
- Balance sheet breakdown monthly preparation and outstanding issue review
- VAT output monthly reconciliation
- Month end Intercompany P&L and BS reconcile with trade partner
- Monthly store expense control
- Vendor statement reconciliation, SAP clearance & open item clear
- E-banking data prepare and submit

职位要求POSITION/PERSON QUALIFICATIONS:
- College or university graduate in Accounting/Finance
- Prefer 2+ years experience in AP area with overall 3+ years experience in finance/accounting area.
- Familiar with Chinese Accounting & Tax requirements
- Experience and knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Fluent in communicating in English ( both oral and written )
- Professional attitude and commitment to see tasks to culminations
- Be able to multitask in a very hands-on environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Trustworthy, honest, reliable and responsible, strong self-motivation and energy
