System Integration (SI) of Deloitte Consulting aims to provide the end-to-end business process optimization, system integration and industry solution services by IT technologies. We offer a complete range of industry-leading customized services to help our customers on program/project management, business analysis, solution design and architecture, system development/testing/maintenance, .etc.

岗位职责：

1. 负责根据业务需求提供整体IT解决方案；

2. 负责基于J2EE的应用系统的设计；

3. 负责解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题和难点；

Qualification: 任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业；

2. 六年以上Java/JavaEE设计开发经验；

3. 参与过大型企业级IT项目架构设计，熟悉业务流程和相关IT软件包；

4. 具备良好的需求分析能力、业务理解设计能力；

5. 具有面向对象分析、设计、开发能力，精通OO，AOP等设计模式；

6. 了解企业级SOA应用系统架构，了解ESB、BPM等相关知识；

7. 具有深厚的专业技术基础，精通Java EE相关技术，熟悉Struts, Spring, Hibernate等开源框架，精通RESTful Web Service开发；

8. 熟悉Oracle/DB2/MSSQL/mySQL等数据库开发与设计，并能够做应用级的数据库优化；

9. 了解NoSQL数据库的使用，如MongoDB，Redis等；

10. 对远程通信，消息队列，数据传输等技术有深入了解；

11. 要有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神，有上进心，责任感强，善于沟通，能承受一定的工作压力；

12. 英文听说读写流利；

13. 有过企业级售前解决方案工作经验者优先考虑；
