职位描述：
1.Key Accountabilities(What needs to be done-tasks/activities)
Order and Payment
Manage and process purchase order from franchisee;
Coordinate with CST team and franchisee to complete operational payment monthly;
SOP and Operation support
Frequent evaluation to monitor the SOP execution in existing franchise stores;
Introduce SOP regarding new products and make sure it is well accepted;
Facilitate franchise in products and menu update, including: production materials, marketing materials, uniforms, and training material;
Take actions to make improvements whenever find problems in franchise stores.
Franchise Training
Work with franchisee to develop regular training plan;
Arrange follow up and evaluation on training to make sure franchisee can present trained
knowledge and skills;
Provide on-site training focus on weakness to make sure improvement.
Communication
Update management about store sales, operation conditions, training result, service standard, etc., and action plan follow up reports
Through efficient communication with franchisee and CST team to achieve management target

3.Experience/ Knowledge
Essential:
F&B chain store management experience
连锁餐饮行业管理经验
Minimum 5 years store management experience

Proven track record of delivery and success

Commercial awareness
具备良好的商业意识
Desirable:
COSTA store management experience
COSTA门店管理经验
