? ? SOP/SSP management:
? Prepare the SOP / SSP meeting for each supplier of their portfolio
? Provide reliable and timely information on capacity, identify the risk on components and capacity
? Propose plan for anticipation to deal with main factory closure (CNY, Golden Week, Factory move…)
? Attend the SOP/ SSP meeting
? Distribute SOP/SSP forecast to suppliers and ensure the final commitment of the supplier.

? MPS management and orders follow-up :
? Make the supply Plan by suppliers thur the SAP - APO
? Make consistent analysis on SSP vs SOP decision
? Take timely decision jointly with SBU to make the production plan feasible and secure the delivery
? Follow up suppliers’ orders’ status, from supplier order received till shipment on board
? Provide pre-alert signal on delay shipment to all concern parties.
? Negotiate with suppliers recovery action plan if there is any delay in delivery
? Propose solution / action to SBU Logistics for short term planning if supply cannot be guaranteed

? Continuous Improvement
? Implement the Logistics Performance Index to suppliers
? Review and evaluate the suppliers’ Logistics KPI and work for continuous improvements
? Reduce suppliers’ lead time & MOQ

? Exposure List and Buffer Stock Management
? Implement and follow up with suppliers on the exposure list and reporting on a timely manner
? Review with suppliers on the exposure risk if there is significant discrepancy with SEB SOP forecast.
? Interact with SBU Logistics / SSM team to reduce / minimize the exposure risk.
? Negotiate with suppliers to minimize the claim of unused critical components.
? Report back the exposure risk amount to management on a monthly basis 举报 分享
