Job Summary:
1. Enhance internal & external brand awareness through media, trade event etc. to drive business growth
? Develop & align annual marketing plan & budget to enhance brand awareness & drive business growth
? Implement marketing plan (social media, trade media, association, exhibition, seminar,souvenir,etc.) & make cost effective spending on the marketing budget
? Utilize new media like wechat, website, APP or Video publication, etc to enhance external awareness
? Conduct annually CSI for end users
? Enhance internal awareness through IR China, IR Global, API newsletter
2, Develop TK API strategy
? Develop TK API strategy according to corporate LRP time line with guidance from leadership & SBU
? Lead market insight analysis & business intelligence for TKAPI market include China, Japan, Australia, APR countries and India
? Conduct regular business & market trend review with country leaders include China, Japan, Australia, APR countries
? Support for other regular business review like MOR, ELT, JV board meeting etc.
3. Sales excellence
? Sales tools ( Siebel and BI report) implementation with IT support
? Cold Chain logistics company tracking update
? Weekly found/bid/Win project tracking update
4. BOS documents for marketing
5. Other jobs or responsibilities assigned by direct manager.
Lead TKAP marketing communication & strategic planning, support regular & ad hoc business review, and drive sales excellence
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC or marketing/business management, MBA preferred
2. Above 5 years’ experience in business/management consulting or strategic marketing preferably with HVAC暖通,冷链&冷藏卡车行业背景*** background.
3. Demonstrated strong marketing analysis capability, communication skills & presentation skills
4. Sophisticated Marketing planning & budgeting capability. High enthusiasm, passionate, open minded & good business acumen
5. Fluent at English reading, speaking & writing
