In this role, you have the opportunity to

To develop and drive the continuous improvement projects for current logistics functions including warehouse, Customs and shipping, and comply with all regulations in international trade compliance.

You are responsible for

1. Accountable for process flow defined and improved in logistics function to ensure operation efficiency

2. Accountable for the coordination and management of trade compliance audit in logistics

3. Data analysis and improvement plan deployment in logistics for internal and external customer satisfaction

4. Regular service evaluation with 3PL and Customs broker to drive the continuous improvement

5. Support or back-up Logistics functional supervisors to handle the daily operations

6. Lean deployment in logistics

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

1. Education : Bachelor degrees or above

2. Experience:

l More than 5 years’ working experiences in the multinational manufacturing company with logistics project supervisor role.

l Strong knowledge of international trade compliance including local Customs, Supply Chain Security, Dangerous Goods and Export control.

l Good knowledge of ground and international logistics operations and understanding of current IATA requirements;

l Medical industry is preferred

3. Competences/Skills:

l Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

l Good English communication skills

l Rich knowledge of SAP IM/WM module

l Project management experience

l Lean deployment experience as advantage
