The TMKT&SOP manager is responsible to translate the strategic direction/Strategy from senior manager into a set of concrete marketing plans for E Commerce channel. The role requires strong leadership, thinking/problem solving capability, E-Commerce channel knowledge that can develop and implement the E-commerce trade marketing plans to achieve the successful sales, share, profit and otherr KPI results.
The TMKT&SOP manager must have a keen view/knowledge of the environment including: a) general externl and internal trends impacting the business; b) competitive assessment, and c) a deep and thourough understanding of both consumers and customers. The TMKT&SOP manager requires for good analytical skills to sort through complex data to make well-reasonsed conclusions, and translate the learnings into business plans/actions on advertising, promotion, product/packaging innovations, pricing, retail programs, and other key programs that could affect the short and long term profitability and share position.
Responsibilities:
1.Channel portfolio management – develops imported/wedding/Gifting portfolio for E-commerce channel, define brands/packtype/price to meet consumer segmentation needs while acheving the sales goals;
2. Develop and implement on line page design programs for existing and new customers. Make sure the content description reflect brand equity and meanwhile match on ine convertion methodology.
3. On line brand campaign/activities design and execution/result tracking
4. E-commerce SOP management
5. Working with agency partners to manage all of the Hershey E commerce projects to ensure best practice and execution.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of ecommerce marketing and sales
? Sysmatically thinking ,ability to identify,prioritize,and articulate high impact initiatives.
? Hands on working attitude.
? Passion for winning in the marketplace
? Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
Education: Bachelor above
Experience: At least 10+ years working in FMCG industry. At least 5 years TMKT working experience.
EC area experience will be a plus
