Key Responsibilities
? Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management, workplace related services
? Manage all service contracts on behalf of the client, including; catering, cleaning, concierge, Shuttle, mailroom, stationary, GYM room etc
? Direct responsibility for overall performance delivery of service providers, ensuring that it meets or exceeds agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
? Works to ensure the proper coordination between CBRE and client stakeholders in relation to significant projects and critical events to meet overall customer satisfaction
? Establishing the resource requirements for both own and service provider staff to maintain day-to-day service excellence
? On call 24/7 to respond to any emergency
? Assuring Service Provider compliance and maximizing value by directing regular performance review and measurement
? Identify quality improvements in process or procedures
? Lead the daily operational briefings for all lead IFM team members
? Conduct regular training sessions with on-site IFM team members to reinforce the importance of customer service, emergency responses, escalations etc.
? Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client stakeholders and take a proactive approach to meeting expectations and requirements
? Develop and present regular client reports to an agreed set of criteria
? Awareness and compliance to CBRE and Client’ Compliance, ensuring safety of work practices and procedures of CBRE employees and contracted employees
? To introduce initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites, driving client / customer satisfaction
? Where applicable, liaise with landlord and property/facilities managers to ensure their service obligations are being met.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
? Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
? Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
? Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
? Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
? Ability to generate spending forecast as well as outstanding.
REASONING ABILITY
? Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
? Skills with Microsoft Office suit.
Qualifications and Education:
? Bachelor or equivalent degree, major on Administration, Business or related discipline;
? Business or related recognized facilities management professional qualification, hotel or events management experience would be an advantage.
? Considerable experience managing workplace services across multiple sites to multiple stakeholders
? Experience working for a service provider on an outsource contract
? Whilst general duties are performed during normal working hours, extended hours maybe required to participate with client events
? Experience in Facilities Management, Administration Events Management with clear evidence in an outsourced environment
? Some experience of managing the facilities supply chain
? Demonstrable evidence of team management and leadership skills
? Able to build relationships and communicate with all stakeholders
? Thorough understanding of performance management
? Experienced in driving and closing out operational change
? Evidence of working in a flexible changing business environment
? Awareness of workplace health & safety regulations;
? Proficient in English
