职位描述：
This position is responsible for providing quality, reliable and cost competitive services on client engineering equipments (air condition, exhaust, air compressor, PCW RO water, Electricity Power supply,fire alarm system, door access system, CCTV, parking lot management , POS) to support Clent campus at Shanghai Site.

- Be responsible for managing daily mechanical/electrical equipments operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
-To assist the Engineer Manager in establishing and maintaining good relations and effective communications with the client and team members.
-To assist the Engineer Manager in leading the team members in the development and execution of continuous improvement programs.
-To manage the subcontractors to provide the maintenance service.
- Performance mechanical/electrical system preventative/correct maintenance of the equipment.
- Responsibility on all mechanica/electrical system tools management
- Work with technician to ensure system running meet client requirement
-Review safety operation in equipment operation, preventive maintenace.
- To record and monitor key city water/gas energy data in order to be able to analyze the usage/trend and set plan for improvement.
- Responsible for training and guid all mechanical/HVAC technician personnel related to facility operation and maintenance to achieve a high standard of work.


- College or above degree with Mechanical major.
-Minimum 3 years facility working experience
-Familiar with mechanical/electrical system
-Strong equipment management and troubleshooting/analytical skills
-Knowledge on Auto CAD or any other relevant tools
- able to use English at work as plus
