Personal Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;
Good business understanding within Service & Parts business;
Excellent structural and administrative skills;
Team player with willing and enthusiastic approach;
Good communication skills；
Demonstrates the effort, willingness and ambition to achieving results and meeting objectives and respond proactively to avoid disappointing results;
Fluent English in written and oral;
Ability to take initiative and work under pressure;
Attention to details to ensure accuracy while working to strict deadlines;
Proven ability to work accurately with figures and spreadsheets in combination with good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment;
To be able to travel through workdays is necessary.





The Main Responsibilities:


To provide the department related business reports in time;
To develop continuously the report structures;
To Deliver supportive calculations and analysis in agreed time frame;
To gather information from the regional organization within Service & Parts;
To prepare the presentation materials;
To improve and develop of the Extranet within Scania China as a communication channel for the network;
To support forecasts, budget, expenses control; business controlling; and business and market plan preparation within the service & Parts;
To arrange meetings and events within Service & Parts;
To Handle all spoken and written translations;
To act as the communicator and coordinator for the Dragon School Project;
To fulfill the administrative tasks as minutes, etc. 举报 分享
