职位概述JOB SUMMARY
协助合规副总监指导合规运营团队审核及支付员工日常费用和供应商付款
Support Associate Compliance Director to lead the Compliance Operations team in its daily work of employee expenses and vendor payments review and processing
主要工作职责 & 行为 / 任务KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS费用报告和供应商付款的审核及支付Expense Reports and Vendor Payment Requests Checking and Processing
1. 监督合规运营团队的成员审核员工费用报告和供应商付款并支付已通过审核的费用款项
Oversee the work of Compliance Operations team members’ work in employee expense reports and vendor payment requests review and processing
2. 确保合规运营团队成员在审核过程中的工作质量
Ensure the quality of Compliance Operations team members’ work with developed checking procedures
3. 协助与员工/供应商进行有效的沟通并最终予以解决
Assist in communications to employees and vendors and issue follow up and resolution
I. 合规追踪和记录Compliance Tracking and Documentation
1. 监督合规运营团员根据标准模板制作差旅费用及供应商付款的周报,并分发给各大区销售/市场领导,以供其审核和警惕
Oversee the generation of weekly T&E and Vendor payment reports according to standard template and distribution to related regional sales/marketing leaders for their review and alert
2. 负责与相关团队准备月度汇报资料
Manage the monthly communication materials preparation to stakeholders
3. 负责合规运营团队的常规风险评估工作
Manage the Compliance Operations team’s risk assessment process
4. 负责合规运营团队的工作流审核及优化工作
Manage regular Compliance Operations team’s work process review and revision
III. 专业培训Professional Training
1. 给新的团员提供培训
Provide coaching to new team members
2. 培养能在团队中和公司其它领域担当重任的人才
Develop talents both for succession planning within the team and for opportunities elsewhere within the company
3. 支持内控工作并给员工和供应商提供常规和临时安排的培训
Support Internal Control’s work in its regular and ad hoc trainings to employees and vendors
背景要求BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1. 教育背景/培训Educational /Training
1. 大学本科及以上学位,MBA学位优先University degree required, MBA helpful
2 具备CPA资格优先CPA designation or qualification helpful
2. 工作经验Working Experiences
1. 至少5年的相关工作经验Minimum 5 years related working experiences
2. 四大会计师事务所工作经验优先Big 4 experiences helpful
