职位描述：
1. Understand internal control policies, conduct internal control trainings, identify opportunities to improve efficiencies or internal control weak areas;
2. Prepare/review SOX testing, deliverables and checklists according to global control calendar;
3. Coordinate internal control audits/reviews from RHQ and WHQ; follow up issues identified by them, discuss with function departments to find out solutions and monitor issues to be closed timely;
4. Perform high risk branch's visit and issue audit reports;
5. Supervise zone controller to perform internal control activities (self internal control check, branch visit, issues follow up, monthly meeting and etc.) in its zone;
6. Assist with cash advance payment approvals;
7. Prepare RHQ monthly/quarterly internal control meeting materials;
8. Ad hoc projects directed by management.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or higher degree with accounting or finance;
2. At least 5 years working experience in internal controls of multinational company or audits firm;
3. Be fluent in English - writing, reading, speaking;
4. Be Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
5. Strong mindset of responsibility and Creative thinking;
6. Willing to internal transfer is preferred.
