职位描述
Duty:
1.According to the whole strategy,draw up marketing strategy planning、market open-up planning,bring forth and construct effective market resources。
2.In charge of the company’s general sales target。
3.Draw up feasibility sales programs and carry out。
4.Direct、train the company’s sales team,raise specialty level、professional dedication,reinforce the cohesion。
5.Collect、arrange、analysis the marketing information,find out the industry that our company is undertaking timely、latest tendency of the product and corrival,and can offer veracious information。
6.Coordinate the sales department and the others relationships,ensure the sales department can get relevant business support。
7.According to the requirement of the trade development,draw up the sales budget,and monitor。
8.Keep developing new profit growth pole that correspond with the company’s strategy。
Credentials:
1.Undergraduate or above graduated from formal universities before 1990,clinical medicine、preclinical medicine、biomedical engineering interrelated specialized field。
2.8 years marketing experience, 5 years marketing management experience in medium-scale or above medical corporations,who have experience in gynecology and obstetrics clinical and gynae products selling will be priority。
3.Have judgmental marketing insight,topping judgment,sound interpersonal and communication skills and innovation ability。Consuming marketing feeling,have excellent ability in communicate ,negotiation ,process human relation and analysis the market。
4.Have enterprise and creativity consciousness,have management philosophy,calm and collected、firm、ripe,well personality charm,ability to work under pressure。
5.Fly right、practical style of work,have strong responsibility and team work spirit and commitment。
6.Have strong ability in making overall plans and carry out。
7.We’ll pay the utmost attention to whom have the experience working in esbablished corporation for the same position。
8.Major of clinical medicine or pathology examination will be prioritied
岗位职责:
1.依据公司整体战略,组织制定销售战略规划、市场开拓计划,开拓和建设有效的销售资源。
2.对公司总体销售目标负责。
3.制定可行性销售方案并指导实施。
4.指导、培养企业销售队伍,提高队伍的专业水平、敬业精神,加强凝聚力。
5.组织对市场信息的收集、整理、分析,及时了解本公司所从事的行业、产品及竞争对手的最新动态,并为 决策提供准确的相关数据。
6.协调销售部门与公司其他部门的关系,确保销售部门能获得相应的业务支持。
7.根据销售业务发展需求,制定销售的预算,并监控执行。
8.不断挖掘符合公司战略的新利润增长点。
任职要求:
1.正规院校本科毕业及以上学历,临床医学、基础医学、生物医学工程相关专业。
2.5年以上医疗公司销售管理经验,有妇产科临床及妇科产品销售经验优先。
3.具有敏锐的市场洞察力,杰出的判断能力,优秀的沟通协调能力和学习创新能力。强烈的市场触觉,拥有出色的沟通、谈判、处理人际关系及分析市场能力。
4.有强烈的事业心和开拓创新意识,具备管理理念,沉着、稳健、成熟,有良好的人格魅力,能在压力下工作。
5.为人正直、工作作风踏实,具有极强的责任心和团队协作精神。
6.具有较强的统筹规划和执行能力。
7.有服务知名企业相关职位经验者优先考虑。
