职位描述：
Job Scope:
1. Manage the company Brands Licensing business for China, to support the team to achieves its objectives
2. Implement the licensing strategies for the assigned categories / brands and deliver the licensing goals
3. Exploit / identify new business opportunities
4. Manage and monitor existing licensing businesses
5. Be able to perform license management daily work: Product Approval, Sales Reporting, Royalty Collection/tracking, and Business Review/analysis
6. Work with internal divisions (Marketing and Retail) to assist licensees to enhance the business result
7. Ensure product availability (with right product mix, quality and price point) in the market for the assigned categories / brands in the key channels

Qualifications:
1. Posses a good academic education (preferred Marketing, Finance) and 4-5 years of relevant proven working experience
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
3. Strong English written and verbal communication skills
4. Possess a positive and can do attitude
5. Experience in Licensing/Apparel/Retail/E-commerce will be a plus 举报 分享
