Key Accountabilities
1. Fashion advisor and provide direct recommendations to the consumers
2. Guidance in the shopping process or through clienteling activities
3. Online chatting/telephone/email service
4. Pre-sell supports and assistance
5. After sales activities, such as arrange all return & exchange process into system
6. Deal with product quality issue and consumers' complaints
7. Live800 & call center support

Job Requirements
1. Junior College or above
2. Major in E-commerce or related major
3. Previous customer service and sales experience
4. Experience with online call centers
5. Confident in resolving customer escalations with speed and diplomacy
