PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? On-Site at customer’s facilities in Shanghai, both of following locations may be required per
customer’s request: Anting and Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone (a free customer shuttle bus is
available – details of locations and schedule can be provided to all interested applicants)
? Manage master data collection and preparation within SAP, which will require coordinating
across multiple functional areas within customer (logistics and production control)
o Gather supplier details, including identification of appropriate contacts that will be
pertinent to the project
o Master data preparation for TMC internal use as well, including data collection, data
accuracy identification, data organization, and maintenance of master data
? Coordinate activities between customer, TMC and supplier base to ensure adherence to onboarding
schedule
o Supplier/Carrier Training, including facilitation of online training and answering
questions during training, maintain training record
? Execute a supplier compliance program relative to usage of the TMC portal
? Respond to all changes submitted from the customer in a timely and accurate manner
? Responsible for executing and maintaining a daily reporting routine
? Provide prompt and professional response to client's requests for additional information
? Strong understanding of TMC system modules and processes, and willingness to learn new
systems as required by the role
? Support operation team to achieve tactical and operational KPI targets
? Report generation as needed for TMC and customer
? Other related work assigned by customer and Account Manager

? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? College degree or equivalent work experience
? Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion
? Willingness to create and adhere to processes and plans
? Visionary in scope of project and ability to think outside the box
? Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
? Willing to work on-site at Anting & Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Shanghai.
