职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1、HR Operations
- Provide employees and managers with an accessible first point of contact for questions and guidance on HR topics and issues.
- Support HR Manager on making sure the company policy & procedure compliance with China labor law.
- Play the key roles on all HR daily operations, including: procedures such as employee onboarding, exit, transfer & promotion; be responsible for the employee p-file and document management, etc.
- Support line Manager on various HR related reports including H/C report, turnover report, recruitment lead time analysis report, average training hours report, etc.
 
2、Recruitment
- Independently handle recruitment requests, including job posting, first round of interview, generating interview reports and manage online and offline process

3、Employee Relations
- Solve problems of labor relation by effective, punctual ways and coordinate the relevant issues according to labor law, coordinate supervisors to communicate with staff.
- Organize employee’s activities to improve employee satisfaction
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
 
4、Other tasks as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct manager

Qualifications:
- HR Generalist with more than 3+ years working experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Solid understanding to standard labor law and regulation
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Self-driven and customer oriented, attention to details
- Strong learning attitude and quick learner
