Drive the seasonal forecasting process and achieve customers’ target; Drive the most efficient customer business execution thru the integration of all PUMA business functions. Build skills in customer external and internal profitability as well as in short and long term customer business planning.
1. Division Sales Planning and Management
? Develop regional assortment guidelines and recommendations in terms of territory / key accounts so as to reach sales objectives
? Work with Territory Sales Executives in Account Assortment / OTB planning and sales program implementation
? Set target / KPI for territory / account
? Review and adjust indent orders
? Maintain and update regional distribution segmentation and monitor execution
? E-Com (B2B, Group Purchase) account assortment and buy plan (OTB)
? Manage sell-in of Quick Response and Ad Hoc packages (regional mini-tradeshow, etc)
? Ensure campaign integrity
2. Account Management / Account Relationships
? Understand and participate in a consultative approach in managing and directing customers, in the analysis, planning and execution of account business plans. Establish strong relationships with key customer employees including executives, buyers, etc, in order to influence and execute PUMA’s account plans. Ensure customer business development by managing PUMA and customer profitability
3. Sales Process
? Review and analyze regular reports (product sell-through report, account inventory report, etc)
? Participate in sales process, including forecasting and assortment planning process, pre-line meeting, sales meeting, etc) and organize sell-in activities
4.Team Success
? Establish and foster a strong, collaborative and efficient relationship with key peers in regional sales team, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail to implement 360 degree assortment execution
5.Market Intelligence
? Apply retail intelligence and market sensing capabilities (Tracking, Analyzing, Advising)
? Provide monthly competitors information; provide feedback on marketing campaign effects
? Cooperate with visual merchandising and retail marketing team to make sure marketing campaign execution
