JOB SUMMARY
- To process accounting transactions
Ensure accounting information is accurate and internal control evidence is properly recorded.
- To perform book-keeping in SAP for GL/AR/AP.
- To generate routine accounting reports for management.
- Monthly tax filing and other tax issue
- To assist Finance manager complete monthly/yearly closing schedule
- Involve compliance and internal control
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manage accounting activities relating to month-end and year-end closing, in ensuring timely and accurate compliance to company’s accounting policy, IFRS and local requirement
2. Ensure accurate & timely journal entries into SAP, SAP account data maintenance
3. Responsible for monthly and annually financial statement preparation, review and filing.
4. Handle monthly/yearly closing process
5. Responsible for monthly balance sheet reviewing package
6. Responsible for monthly tax filing and other tax issue
7. Maintain customer rebate and discount in SAP, and ensure whole process is under control
8. Assisting various fiancé system enhancement projects, including SAP implementation and Concur.
9. Involve and support all the internal/external financial audit and internal control audit
10. Take up new assignment, from time to time, as assigned from manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years sufficient GL , AR/AP experience and knowledge with multinational companies as an accountant
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Professionalism, capability and activity of learning, problem solving, communication skills and teamwork
