Personal Requirements:

? University education in appropriate discipline
? Previous experience from automotive industry
? Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
? High degree of integrity and self confidence
? Ability to instruct and work through dealer staff
? Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage appropriate relationships with dealer and end customers
? Commercial mind
? Excellent command of office computer software.
? Fluently in reading and writing English
? Sales, negotiation and influencing skills
? Ability to identify opportunities for business development
? Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
? Product knowledge with focus on Contracted Service claim




The Main Responsibilities:


? Ensure that contracted service claims are handled correctly to Dealers
? Establish KPI to monitor contract costs and report continuously to the management
? Translate, update and distribute changes in contracted service policies and procedures
? Conduct contracted service training on all levels
? Monitor contract status and report to management and dealers on a monthly basis
