职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and establish Engineering function in Autoneum Pinghu, including Indus.& Equipment Engineering, Tooling Engineering and Process Engineering
- Develop new equipment suppliers for RUS project
- Follow up RUS Asia project schedule, coordinate local engineering resource for RUS basic line installation.
- Lead effort to ensure RUS conversion line and building infrastructure installation as per project schedule
- Review and approval on future plant layout update
- Support plant manager in other operation functions during new plant ramp up period (EHS, production,PC&L, customer audit etc.)

Main Qualifications:
- Mechanical or Electro Mechanical or Process Bachelor
- Min. 5 years similar experience in automotive industry, experience in multinational company is a plus
- Mature experience in complex CAPEX/ Industrialization project
- Team Player, communicative
- “Pioneer” minded, self-initiative
- Leadership
- Chinese speaker with high command of English

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
