职位描述：
Work Location: Shanghai, China
Report to: Application Center Manager


Key Responsibilities:


? Accountable for Heavy Industry Solution delivery within high quality, from engineering to project management.
? Responsible for continue improve engineering team capability and capacity.
? Mentor engineers on proper engineering methodologies.
? Ensure all work is developed and configured in accordance with established procedures and standards.
? System-level architecture, development of assigned projects.
? Capable of interpreting the customer expectations and sales quotations into a viable system design specification.
? Understanding the relation between the automation solution and business requirements of the customer.




 Additional Team Leader responsibilities:


? Managing a team of engineers, provide leadership and coaching on engineers and project managers.
? Take responsibility for scheduling engineering time for several projects together with the project manager.
? Managing the skills base of the team, identify gaps and take action to develop
? Report on team utilization and offer drive team efficiency





Minimum Qualification:

? Bachelor degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Degree.
? At least 5 years' project experience with automation products, Control systems, HMI applications.
? Bilingual language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
? Good technical experience in VFD drive system application.
? Expertise and knowledge in MES or Industry 4.0 will be a plus, but important.
? Good self-learning skill of new products and new application





Competencies:

? Self-motivated and good lead ship skill.
? Electrical automation technical background is must.
? Proposal & engineering execution experience is must.
? Good English and Chinese communication skill.
? Strong technical and organizational leadership
