Summary:
The job holder is responsible for providing reliable management information for management reporting on a timely basis and providing value added financial input for management decision making proactively.
1) Assist E-commerce Director and CFO in managing the budget& forecasting process for e-commerce business unit.
? Liaise with relevant parties to set the budget assumption/benchmarks
? Build & standardize budget/forecast review format to facilitate China Mgmt Review
2) Develop systems and relevant sales and KPI reports to drive weekly and monthly business review
3) Consolidate all monthly financial reports for submission to headquarter.
4) Management report& commercial analysis for China management review.
5) Be the key driver to prepare report for business review for store P&L, KPI and sales performance very closely, includes units, values, margin and productivity by channels.
6) Develop and manage an effective Business Control procedure for timely & accurate recording of capital expenditures and store expenses in accordance to Luxottica Group requirement and PRC GAAP requirement.
7) Develop an efficient and highly effective procedure for controlling & properly recording the company’s fixed assets at store level.
8) Formalize procedure and conduct regular testing, analysis, review & reporting on capital Investment, marketing investment, campaign, productivity and profitability.
9) Work closely with other Finance Functions & IT to improve the data quality and effective usage of systems.
10) Other assignment required by the management.

1) Highly analytical and business result oriented person.
2) Quick learner, result-oriented and hands on manager.
3) Excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese.
4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5) Excellent ERP/SAP knowledge
6) Excellent Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills. High IT/System literacy.
7) Hyperion experience preferred
8) Qualified accountant with minimum 2 years working experience in MNGs
9) Preference E-commerce commercial finance experience
10) Major in Accounting or Finance Management with bachelor degree
