岗位职责：

1、负责区域重点客户的开发及关系维护工作，与目标客户建立良好的业务关系；
2、指导、协同下属进行医院开发，带领团队完成工作指标；
3、负责制订每月区域计划，按时汇报每月工作进展；
4、负责招募团队空缺，并对员工进行全面的培训；
5、建立良好的团队氛围，提高团队的工作积极性。


岗位要求：

1、医学，药学及相关专业，大学本科以上学历；
2、五年以上药品营销经验，2年以上管理经验优先考虑；
3、对医药市场营销工作有较深刻的认知，有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力；
4、高度的工作热情，良好的沟通技巧、表达能力、合作精神，为人正直；
5、熟练使用办公软件，具有一定的英语阅读能力。
