Job Summary / Purpose
？ Implement the company's human resource strategy in BU to ensure that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees to achieve current and future business objectives.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
？ Direct a variety of human resource-related programmes in BU to ensure that the organisation's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organised, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organisation's human resource strategy. These programmes may include: recruitment; training and development; compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organisational development; relocation etc.
？ Employee communications; employment /labour relations.
？ Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop the solution that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organisation's overall human resource strategy.
？ Evaluate the organisation's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organisation's human resource strategy and adapt existing current human resource programmes to meet these needs.
？ Participate the project of HR, work out with peers in HR team members and business managers.

Job Qualifications
？ Bachelor's degree or above
？ At least 4 years working experience in HRBP role in multi-national companies
