职位描述：
我们是新兴的互联网金融公司，提供的是贷款平台服务（类似于阿里，只提供平台，不是卖产品的），另外我们专注于房产抵押这块，O风险、O坏账，月薪轻松过万！（月均10617元）

一、岗位职责：
1、根据房产抵押类客户需求向其提供融资方案及咨询服务；
2、接待房产抵押类客户并向客户介绍业务流程和办理要求；
3、全面了解客户情况，完成业务相关尽职调查；
4、负责办理业务相关手续；

二、薪资福利（月均10617元）
1、薪资构成=无责底薪4000+提成+13薪+季度调薪+年终奖金
2、按国家规定缴纳五险一金。；
3、各种假期各种福利惊喜、法定节假日正常休息

三、工作时间：周末固定双休、9:00-18:00

四、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；大专学历需具有知名金融或地产公司1年以上工作经验
2、具有销售意识及服务意识,善与人交流、性格开朗
3、普通话标准且流利,具备良好的表达、理解、判断和沟通能力
4、熟悉电脑及办公软件操作，
5、优秀的应届毕业生也可考虑
