Job Title: Marketing Officer (Based in Hangzhou)

Location: Hangzhou

Abbey DLD Colleges are three high quality sixth form colleges in the UK. Currently there are colleges in three locations: London, Manchester and Cambridge. London and Cambridge offer purpose built new campuses with full board and accommodation on site. Job overview
? Build and maintain a closed relationship with agents, build pipeline, deliver recruitment and meet sales targets
? Organize and co-ordinate the activities of the Abbey DLD colleges in Hangzhou, Nanjing, etc.
? Work with the Admissions, Student Advice, and Sales Support teams to optimise lead nurturing activity and improve conversion rates for Abbey DLD colleges.
? Hit the Abbey DLD college’s sales targets.
? Develop other business channels such as school links.

Key responsibilities and capabilities
? Manage relationships with the agent network
? Achieve new student recruitment via agents in line with the target set
? Manage and co-ordinate activities for the Abbey DLD Colleges
? Maintain strong working relationships with the key stakeholders mentioned in the section above
? Management of desk-based conversion activity for all prospective Abbey DLD applicants applying via direct and agent sales channels.
? Intensive sales activity by attendance at exhibitions and events, telephone and via e-media to meet student recruitment targets
? Two years of experience in related field
? Be familiar with UK Border Agency immigration policies
? Bachelor degree or above preferred
? Oversea studying experience preferred

? Achieve of sales targets in the country for the recruitment for Abbey DLD colleges students as defined and agreed annually
? Relationship with agents
? Number of agents sending students to Abbey DLD colleges and average student numbers per agent
? Conversion rates by centre against target

? A track record in international student recruitment.
? Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
? Fluency in Chinese and English
? Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual and highly organised.
