职位描述：
1. Lead to deliver research and development project/product on schedule and on quality. Understand well and follow NPI process. Prepare and optimize relevant documents and reports.
2. Lead/coach to design products compliance with HUE and relevant standards.
3. Lead/coach current products sustaining, upgrade and improvements.
4. Lead/coach on mechanical structure and packaging concept, design, drawing, sample fabrication, relevant evaluation and optimization.
5. Find existing and potential issues and risks during product development and research project. Lead/coach on fixing the issues and mitigate the risks. Train the team to prevent bugs and issues.
6. Know well about sensor technology trend, study and adopt new technologies, master technical directions and approaches, lead innovation of sensor technology and platform building, improve product performance, quality and so on, and reduce cost.
7. Master and apply DFSS in product design to speed and smooth the development process, improve quality and decrease cost. Impact in the improvements of process of manufacturing actively, supply technical support production line.
8. Know well about relevant market status, trend and competitors, support internal and external customers on products application.
9. Systematize and share the knowledge and experience within the team, coach/train team members.
10. Complete tasks required and assigned by department manager.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above or equivalent with >8 years experience in mechanical design.
2. Proficient in mechanical design, materials, manufacturing process, mold, joining, etc. Familiar with relevant standards and certification.
3. Familiar with the process of sensor research and development, be good at preparing relevant documents and reports.
4. Good knowledge and experience in sensor principle, technology, design, and application.
5. Good skill of communication, presentation, demonstration and training.
6. Be good at learn new knowledge and time management, self-motivation, team work and ownership spirit.
7. Have GB certificate at least. Master DFSS methods and tools.
